The CRE AI Studio is an educational community for Commercial Real Estate professionals- from Asset Managers to Brokers to Marketers to Lawyers to Investors and more.

If you’re in the CRE industry, we want this to be a place where you can learn. engage, and create new knowledge, new skills and ultimately save time, work smarter, and get ahead of your peers.

What is the CRE AI Studio?

Since AI changes pretty much every day, we wanted to create a dynamic community that updates just as fast (well almost as fast) as AI does.

Here’s What We Created:

First: Weekly Video Drops- we aren’t building just a course that is stale weeks later.

Second: Monthly Q&A Sessions- members are invited to join these exclusive monthly events where we go over the biggest updates to AI and answer questions live. This is where you can get some of your questions answered and engage with us.

Third: Access to Us 24/7: Because learning this stuff takes effort, we have opened ourselves up to certain members of our community where we will respond within 24 hours of your question.

I started following Topher on LinkedIn about 5 months ago and saw the impact he was having as a CRE AI speaker and personality on LI.

I found his content so useful- from how to build automations in Relay.app or how the Custom GPTs he built have saved him time.

 I related so much to his content because he was one of the few people who was offering practical, useful content that I actually learned from right away. It wasn’t fluff. 

I then had Topher on my live podcast where he and a group of others in CRE shared super useful ways they were using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others.

I knew he and I were destined to build something together someday.

Nadine and I met a few months back when I was looking for a top CRE attorney who wasn’t afraid to use AI.

We hit it off right away as we shared so many of the same goals: we want to spread awareness of AI in Real Estate, have a burning desire to bring our industry forward and want to build something creative.
