Not doing a big newsletter this week.

I’m in Italy with my wife and am enjoying life.

But this newsletter, LinkedIn, and the Studio are all on my mind.

So although I haven’t been focused on Real Estate, I have used AI (a few times) to enhance my trip.

My favorite so far: our tour guide for the Colosseum bailed on us the night before so we were stuck without a guided tour.

So instead of walking around the Colosseum aimlessly, I turned on voice mode in ChatGPT, shared my camera, and asked it to give me a 20 minute tour as my wife and I walked, making sure it spoke about the specific things my camera was pointed to.

It did a pretty good job telling me about the history, the significance and about how many people fought (and died) there.

A person would have been better but ChatGPT worked pretty well.

That’s it for today. I’m going back to the trip.

AI is moving fast. My goal is to help the Real Estate Industry keep up.
